The following BASIC services are included in the monthly charges for all assisted living residents:

• 24 hour staffing, supervision and emergency response.
• 3 nutritious meals and snacks daily in the comfortable and easily accessible Dining Area regularly planned by a registered dietitian
• Weekly housekeeping, laundry and linen services.
• Weekly complete housekeeping and linen service.
• Cable Television.
• All utilities except phone
• Planned activity programs supervised by professional activity staff including various exercise, music, games & other options.
• Monitoring, ordering, storage and timely distribution of MD ordered medications
• Observation and supervision for changes in physical, mental, emotional and social functioning
• Lodging and use of all lounge, entertainment and other common facilities and grounds at East Lake Manor Assisted Living Facility.
• Other Services can be included
